Benayoun Avocats is a Bordeaux-based firm led by Maître Sophie Benayoun. With four lawyers, the firm advises its clients on criminal law, civil law and general practice.
With a strong reputation in Bordeaux, the firm faces steady inbound demand. This volume of activity, a driver of growth, also became an operational constraint when front-office resources were reduced.
When the firm's secretary went on sick leave, the firm had to handle more than 200 inbound calls per month without a dedicated resource. An external call center had been set up, but it was not enough to cover demand or guarantee the quality of the reception.
Dylaw deployed Donna, the voice phone agent, directly on the firm's number through a call-forwarding activation. The setup was completed in a few days, with no technical work required from the team.
Donna was connected to the firm's Outlook calendar to sync availability in real time. Stripe payment links were integrated to allow prepayment for consultations, along with request-qualification forms. The Dylaw tracking interface centralizes every call with its summary, and appointment confirmations and reminders are sent automatically. Fee agreements can be generated directly from the platform.
The entire system replaced the external call center and allowed the secretary, on her return, to focus on higher-value tasks.

The secretary, who has been with the firm for more than fifteen years, now spends most of her time on cases and client relationships rather than managing phone traffic.
